This pretty sterling silver butterfly pendant, has a glass centre which contains a tiny amount of cremation ash within it. A lovely way of keeping your beloved close to you forever. 
 
The silver butterfly pendant is made entirely in my workshop. Its wings are delicately textured before the glass cabochon is set into centre. In accordance with British jewellery regulations this piece is over 7.78g and therefore it will be sent off to receive a full British silver hallmark on the back before being returned to you. Each piece therefore takes approximately 3-4 weeks to be finished.
 
The glass centre piece is carefully fused with ashes before being shaped, polished. This glass cabochon is incredibly hard wearing as it goes though several hours of annealing during the making process. A sky blue glass centre is featured here, however, it is also possible to have any of the other colours shown in the other listings. 
 
A colour sample service is available for those who are undecided on which glass colour to choose or for those wanting to see the colour in person. Up to 3 glass coloured cabochons can be sent. Please note this applies to UK customers only.
 
The pendant is set onto an attractive silver chain style necklace, which comes in with 16, 18, 20 or 22 inch chain. 
 
On receiving your order, I will send out instructions of how to send your loved ones ashes to me. You can rest assured that your beloveds ashes will be treated with the upmost respect that they deserve. The process only requires a tiny amount of ash, so any unused precious ash will be returned to you along with your finished piece.
 
Your necklace will come presented in a quality box.
 
For every piece sold that contains pets ashes, a meal is donated to my local animal rescue centre, helping other animals in need :)
